Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data I collect when you visit vorzayn.com or contact me through it, why I collect it, who it is shared with and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is:

In this policy “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the controller above.

2. What data I collect

Data you give me

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and, where the form offers it, your message.
Direct messages: if you write to me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, I receive whatever you send plus the details those services share with me (such as your name, username and phone number or email address).

Data collected automatically

Server and security logs: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Fonts: the site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when the page loads.

I do not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools, and I do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health or political opinions). Please do not include them in your messages.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot.

4. Why I use your data and on what legal basis

To reply to your request and discuss a possible project — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
To provide services if we agree to work together — performance of a contract.
To keep the website running and secure — my legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors.
To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records once we have a contract.

I do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making or send you marketing emails without your separate consent.

5. Who I share your data with

I share data only with service providers that help me run the website and handle requests:

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, security, and processing of contact-form submissions.
Notion Labs, Inc. (USA) — storage of contact-form submissions in my private workspace.
Google LLC (USA) — delivery of web fonts.

Messaging services you choose to contact me through (email, Telegram, WhatsApp) process your data under their own privacy policies. I may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

The providers listed above may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long I keep your data

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project: up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Client data: for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards as long as required by accounting and tax law.
Hosting and security logs: kept by Cloudflare for the short period set by its own policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

access the personal data I hold about you and get a copy of it;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data deleted;
restrict or object to how I process it;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To use any of these rights, email contact@vorzayn.com. I will reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to stored requests is limited to me and protected by strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your data.

10. Children

This website and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website or my services change. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
